Booking & Cancellation Policy – Denstudio

At Denstudio, we value your time and aim to provide all patients with a smooth, efficient, and high-quality experience. This Booking & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and expectations regarding scheduling, attendance, payments, and cancellations.

1. Booking Appointments

Appointments can be booked:

All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive official confirmation from our team at hello@denstudio.co.uk.

2. Deposits & Payments

A refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

Deposit amounts vary by treatment type and will be confirmed upon booking.

Deposits can go toward your total treatment cost.

Full payment is required before or on the day of treatment unless under a finance agreement.

3. Rescheduling

You may reschedule up to 48 hours in advance with no penalty.

Changes within 48 hours will result in the loss of your deposit.

You may only reschedule an appointment twice before the deposit is forfeited.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will retain the deposit for future use.

Cancellations within 48 hours or failure to attend will lead to deposit loss and may incur an extra fee.

5. Late Arrivals

Patients arriving over 15 minutes late may not be seen.

Late arrivals are subject to reduced treatment time or cancellation.

6. No-Show Policy

A missed appointment without notice is considered a no-show.

Repeated no-shows may result in requiring full prepayment for future appointments or denial of service.

7. Emergencies & Exceptions

We understand that emergencies happen. In cases of illness, bereavement, or unavoidable situations, contact us ASAP. Fee waivers may be granted at our discretion.

8. Changes by Denstudio

On rare occasions, Denstudio may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

If so, we will notify you promptly and retain or refund your deposit based on your preference.

9. Refunds

Refunds for prepaid treatment are assessed case-by-case.

Refunds issued for treatments already performed will be assessed case-by-case.
